Working alongside the architects on the structural elements of this wonderful 7 bedroom Victorian villa in Belsize Park, North West London our interior design works included an attic conversion and a rear extension, as well as the total renovation and refurbishment. Our work included the complete kitchen, bathroom & cabinetry design, with schemes that incorporated antique French stone flooring, beautiful reclaimed Chevron laid floors, bespoke wallpapers, hand printed fabrics, vintage light fittings, semi-precious and Moroccan tiling, made to measure & vintage sofas and many beautiful antique finds.
The home decor we created gave our clients the stylish but relaxed and practical home they desired and they are thrilled with the results. We all had a lot of fun along the way.
We interviewed a number of designers and chose Georgina Cave for a combination of reasons including personal chemistry and her willingness to combine her own ideas with our vision of what the house should become. We never felt that we were being presented with a “look” that she favoured or having a product rolled out to us. We are absolutely delighted with the end product – the house looks beautiful and the design met all our expectations and in many cases surpassed them. We found her and her team a pleasure to work with and highly professional at all times and we have not hesitated to recommend Cave Interiors to a number of our friends.
