We were instructed on the full restoration of this wonderful Grade II* listed manor house in Hampton, which dates from the second half of the 17th century.
This three storey Hampton house with full length basement and extensions was horribly carved up in 1966 and used as offices until half way through the restoration works. As a development project, the brief was to return it to its former glory as a single family dwelling, restoring all its original features as well as adding all the mod cons to bring it into the 21st Century.
Working alongside surveyors Gould & Co. and a great team of builders we brought in many of our specialist suppliers whose skills & expertise were paramount to the task. Our interior design works included planning all the internal layouts, restoring & adding back in original features, sourcing the materials, fixtures & fittings, designing the kitchen & all the joinery and overseeing the works. The restoration by specialist conservatores, of the wonderfully ornate “Music Room” and our involvement in a few key areas of this space was of particular interest.
